With 560 square feet of space, this unit exudes a chalet-inspired, ski town ambiance that will envelop you in warmth and comfort from the moment you arrive.
Step inside and discover a world of convenience and modern amenities designed to make your stay a true home away from home. The open-plan living area boasts a newly updated gourmet kitchen, complete with wood cabinets and all the necessary appliances – from a microwave to a coffee maker, you'll find everything you need to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. The tile countertop bar with seating for four provides the perfect spot to savor your culinary creations.
After a day of outdoor adventures, sink into the plush new couch and love seat, strategically positioned in front of a 32" flat screen TV. Whether you're watching a DVD, engaging in a friendly game of Scrabble, or simply immersing yourself in a captivating book, the floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace will keep you snug and content.

The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.
The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.
For those seeking a bit more relaxation, seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex is also available.
