“Wir haben statt der beworbenen gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse einen mit Gras bewachsenen Freisitz mit „Steinmöblierung“ neben der FeWo vorgefunden. Der Freisitz ist erreichbar, wenn man entweder über den Park-/Müllplatz der Nachbarn oder auf dem öffentlichen Gehweg um das Haus geht. Eine Terrasse ist ein Freisitz mit festem Bodenbelag.
