“整體不錯，乾淨，職員會幫忙解決問題”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”
