Aangenaam verblijf in ruim en comfortabel appartement
Zeker aan te raden, alles was voorzien en proper. Leuk dorpje als uitvalbasis om Vogezen en Elzas te verkennen. Tijdens ons verblijf was er niemand aanwezig in benedenverdieping, mogelijks iets minder privé als er op dat moment ook iemand beneden aanwezig is.

A l'arrivée ns étions à 16h sur place (heure prévue). Le propriétaire nettoyait ses escaliers de ce fait les jambes sales, après un tout petit bonjour il ns à tendu les clefs, sans ns montrer le logement en ns disant ces au 1er étage (DONC PAS D'ETAT DES LIEUX) et en signalant que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Ensuite il ns a dit qu'il verrait le week end suivant car il repartait en Allemagne, (PAS DE TELEVISION PENDANT TOUT LE SEJOUR) chose prévue dans le contrat donc PRESTATION N'ONT TENUE. Il est revenu le samedi suivant pour faire la pelouse à 9h30 sans même ns saluer puis il est parti, le dimanche matin il était présent mais ns ne l'avons pas vu puisqu'il repartait en Allemagne. Lundi matin ns avons reçu un message ns indiquant ou mettre les clefs lors de notre départ. En tout est pour tout ns l'avons vu 5 minutes; Je n'ai jamais eu un tel accueil comme celui la depuis facilement 30 ans de location.
Concernant la location même :
* pas de télévision durant les 10 jours
* pas de garage, comme marqué, puisque trop vétuste servant à mettre les poubelles et à la limite les vélos.
* il est marqué trois terrasse "gag" 1 seule est équipée et la table en bois dans un état lamentable,non entretenue... de ce fait ns n'avons jamais profité de l'extérieur
* darps fournis, oui mais le drap housse etait tout mité, plein de trous....
Voilà je sais mon rapport est long mais je trouve inadmissible le comportement de ce messieur, qui ne RESPECTE pas le locataire et même ne RESPECTE pas ce qui est indiqué sur le CONTRAT DE LOCATION car OUI NS AVONS BIEN PAYE CETTE RESERVATION ET LES PRESTATIONS QUI VONT AVEC.

Met plezier verbleven. Communicatie gaat wat '21e eeuws' (email, SMS, niet fysiek gezien) want de eigenaar woont in Duitsland, maar hij heeft een agente ter plaatste. Een waterkoker zou prettig zijn, maar verder alles ok: keurig, schoon en ook makkelijk schoon te houden/maken.

Schoon, ruim met prachtige tuin
Nette woning met fijne badkamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte plek om de Vogezen op de fiets te verkennen. Inventaris had uitgebreider gekund, denk aan een paar wijn/bierglazen en een set goede pannen.

Wunderbar gelegene und schön hergerichtete Wohnung
Im Munstertal gelegen, lassen sich auch gleich aus der Haustür herraus die Berge erwandern. Gleichzeitig ist man mit Auto oder Zug schnell in Munster.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was nötig ist. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mooi, nieuw, schoon, rustige locatie
Een mooi, gerenoveerd appartement. Het is er netjes schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het is mooi gelegen in het kleine dorpje Breitenbach op een rustige plek. Mooie centrale locatie om de Elzas te bezoeken, maar ook om de Vogezen te verkennen. Wij raden deze locatie zeker aan!!

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine et Marianne etait tres gentille, et nous a bien accueilli. Par contre, il manquait des draps pour la 4eme personne (nous avions prévenu que nous serions 4) mais nous en avons eu par la suite. Il y aussi un petit probleme de réception pour la télé
