"Beautiful setting with nice peaceful surroundings and great views, but what was even better was the incredibly friendly service and staff and the easy atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was very good, and the hotel breakfast was remarkably good (great variety, really good basic items and regional specialties). Totally worth the extra drive up into the mountains (which was actually only a few minutes past Trento)."
"Mierko der ejer stedet var utrolig imødekommende og venlig, og man følte sig godt taget af fra start til slut.
Lille hyggeligt sted med pæne værelser, gode senge og dejlig morgenmad med rigtig fint udvalg. "
"It was not what I expected, the property doesn’t look I like the photos. I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. The iron was not working either, and the hairdryer smell like "
"it was really near to the train station and to the old town. The room was clean and with all comfort. But I couldn't sleep at night because of the windows had the direction to the street and it was loud (young people made fun)."

"Firstly, we really enjoyed our stay and when the sun shines on the lake and mountains of Molveno, it’s beautiful and perhaps the most enjoyable location of our Italian trip.
Hotel Alpotel Dolomiten Is a typical chalet-style hotel.
Breakfast was excellent, and we ate each night of our three night stay in the hotel restaurant which serves up some typically local Trentino-food (not always to our liking but that’s not the fault of the hotel). It was super busy for several nights when a coach party stayed and did make it rather noisy and frantic.
staff were always friendly and provided advice for our stay.
There were a few things that weren’t quite perfect. Our room was compact (very), the AC didn’t work but the road was too noisy to have the balcony door open. The bathroom was fine but somewhat old fashioned. Obviously not the hotel’s fault but there’s only a slatted divide between the balconies and our neighbours smoked outside endlessly which for us as non-smokers, meant it was unpleasant. As mentioned, the road loops around both sides of the hotel and even on the top floor (4th) it was noisy.
So overall, it was a nice stay however compared with other hotels on our trip it didn’t quite get a perfect score (maybe an 8/10).

"Fantastic Property! The owners are very personable and friendly, room was extremely comfortable and clean, with fresh towels daily. Breakfast truly Italian with fresh breads daily & lots of choice. Dinning is available, delicious food too! Totally recommend this property! Thank you, Chaio! "
"The breakfast was amazing! The dinner was also great and even though the vegetarian options were limited, the next day the chef had prepared a different option for us."
"This hotel is a must stay! It has been in the family for a few generations and the owners are absolutely lovely. They were welcoming, accommodating and very pleasant. The hotel was impeccable, rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony view was breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel."
"Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path. "
