The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.

Bad experience with poor services inappropriate wall paints , no laundry services, no phone in the rooms to communicate , the hotel doe not deserve being a 5 starts where the ideal rating is 3 starts or to be considered as road motel - the management is not professional nor responsible

"Siamo arrivati ad ora di pranzo e l'accoglienza è stata molto "frettolosa" dato che il titolare è anche lo chef del ristorante sotto, Ci può stare. Il comune ad agosto 2026 si trova in emergenza idrica quindi dopo le 22 niente doccia perchè l'acqua è razionata. Non si è verificato, ma cosa costava ..."
