I wish there were more dining options near the hotel. The room was a little noisy from the outside activities. Staff was great and provided great services. Boats ordered were a little on the slow side. Very good experience and very clean hotel. Rooftop dining with the view was phenomenal.

The hotel provides a fantastic base to explore Venice. It immediately makes you feel that you are staying in an authentic Palazzo. The common areas have been beautifully restored and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are fantastic. Above all, the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.
