A true charmer. Monterey is a beautiful cosy home perfect for a small family or 2 couples with plenty of space for everyone. Situated on the renowned Delany Avenue, it’s a short 1.5km walk into the heart of town and only a heartbeat from walking tracks that allow you to meander along the river to town if you prefer the scenic route. Stylish, neutral décor and furnishings make you instantly relaxed and calm from the moment you enter this peaceful villa. A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is perfectly designed to bring people together and still give you your own private spaces to retreat and unwind. Upstairs, which is actually at entry level, has 1 king bedroom and full size bathroom, a fully decked kitchen, an additional, luxurious spa room & a small balcony overlooking the courtyard to enjoy the summer evenings, a perfect spot to take in the sounds of nature and the smell of the pines. Downstairs has a spacious second bedroom suite with its own seating, a full size bathroom, a compact laundry and direct access to the rear yard and walking track out beyond.
