"Best little hotel I've found in britian"
What a great little place. It's clean and nicely decorated in Art Deco style. The toiletries are vegan and they offer a fantastic breakfast service for omnivores and those choosing a plant based lifestyle. Overall I was very impressed. We didn't have any issues whilst we were there but I suspect they would have been dealt with swiftly. Parking isn't easy but it is brighton so no surprises really. The hotel will supply you with a parking permit daily for £10 for 24 hours then you park on the street. They only problem I would say is that if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you as there are lots of stairs, however I need the workout so wasn't complaining! Many thanks for a great stay!

"Thank you for a lovely trip"
What a lovely trip. Never having been to Vrightin I didn't know where I should book. Luckily, I chose the Kings Hotel. rRight I. The seafront and only 5 minutes gentle walk from the Pier and The Lanes. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable, just with slightly creaky floors and a few stairs to get to-there was a lift though. We had brewing facilities in our rooms with a TV . The breakfast was great and catered for all tastes. The price was extremely reasonable and we were very happy. They have limited parking spaces available but we used the municipal car park, less than two minutes walk away, and it only costs £18 for 24hours. Thank you so much, we had a lovely time and will be back.

"Good hotel close to the town centre "
Nice hotel with clean rooms but rooms have a major problem due to the en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are a plastic pod containing a basin, a toilet and a shower. It's was all very clean but when another guest either flushed their toilet or used their shower it sounded like it was being emptied straight into our bathroom. It was extremely loud and happened throughout the night. As the hotel is based in the town centre it attracts all the stag and hen parties so it's extremely noisy inside and outside the hotel during the night. If you are looking to a romantic weekend away I would look elsewhere!

"Nice little hotel in Brighton "
Nice little hotel in Brighton not to far from the centre and great restaurants. The only thing I would complain about is the thin walls as we heard lots of banging about from upstairs at 3:30am we were on the 3rd floor.

"A bit shabby but ok for the money"
Good location 10 mins walk to town . £18 to park was a bit extreme but still cheaper than ncp I guess. Room was in need of a refurb whole hotel feels dated (although clean) - room and bed was on a tilt and we felt like we had vertigo (didn't notice it too much after a few drinks ha ha) but for £60 cant complain too much. Bathroom was clean but outdated, shower was about 20 years old and no loo brush or extraction fan and it smelt damp. Bathroom products were good though. The room was and hotel was too hot and felt like a sauna even with our windows open. Good tea and coffee facilities although we had coffee pods and no coffee maker - had room service and my avocado and chicken and bacon sarnie was shocking, cheap white bread and ready made soggy filling should have complained but did not want to cause a scene with the other half as he paid for my bday treat. To be fair his burger and chips looked great! A bit disappointed to be stuck next to a family room with a adjoining door could hear everything and despite having asked for a quiet room not near a laundry room our room was next to the door so we heard it banging every time a guest passed. Shame. Tv also had a red line down it - time for a new screen! Shame there were no movie options also. Despite my negative points we enjoyed our staff and the staff were friendly and efficient.

"Clean and Good Value "
This is a good place if you want something clean and cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful and my room and bathroom were kept clean and teh bed was reasonably comfortable. This is not by any means a luxury hotel. The rom was small and the bed was a single bed. The shower was adequate but certainly not a power shower. I was visiting for a conference and it was perfect for that as I was only in the room to sleep and didn't need anything flash. It was a lovely (although quite long walk - just under two miles I guess) along the front to the Brighton centre but there is also a bus. Overall I would say it was perfect for my needs but don't go here if you are looking for luxury. It did have a four star sign on the wall and four star it definitely is not.

"Ideal low-cost accommodation for single traveller"
Rooms are on two levels in upper part of a busy pub but no noise problems encountered. Steep stairs and no lift. Nice enough place though not luxurious - been several times. Decent breakfast.
