“Lovely newly decorated room, bit on the all side but ideal for a couple of nights. No terrestrial tv, as no aerial but access to on demand channels. From the outside pub looks a bit harsh, but pleasant interior. Shame breakfast isn't available on the nights we stayed, seems only to be available end of the week and weekend Easy bus ride tothe seafront and 5 minutes from varley halls for the University, the reason we were there”

“The hotel was charged at £118. The stay was for one night and the listing stated free parking with a walking distance from the beach being within minutes. The hotel itself was ok but over priced for the room due to no decent tea cofee condements being available such as milk cartons which I thought was poor given the price. My partner had to run out to grab a milk. Several light bulbs in the bathroom were not working. The listing stated that free parking was available by parking on the next……

“An interesting property close to much of Brighton, however, if you are traveling and have luggage, beware of NO Elevators, no bellhop or other service, steep and narrow staircases, and no one on duty after 5:30 in the afternoon. Easy to walk to many attractions and the oceanfront, IF... you have enough energy left after schlepping your luggage up 4 flights of stairs !”

“Too hot during heat wave, the room was at 33 degree while outside was just around 20. No cooling system. But it’s a good location and and the room is very tidy.”
