“We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. “My stay at Moor Park Apartments lasted 100 minutes, 20 of those minutes was waiting to get in and 10 trying to leave, the rest was spent sweating in my stuffy room. At £40 the hotel is possibly fairly priced but trying to pretend it's an apartment hotel is false , it's a low budget hotel bordering on a hostel. To clarify some points I wasn't aware of from the description on Expedia - there aren't bathroom facilities in with each bedroom , there's 3 shared bathrooms- these are very basic……

“Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”

"I booked a two-single-beds room and brought my small dog with me. There was plenty of parking available, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was not modern in design, but it was tidy and clean. Both air conditioning and a radiator were installed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft and did not provide enough support for me. All the staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. Dogs were not allowed in the restaurant area, but we were able to have breakfast and dinner in the bar area with my our instead. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip."
