Sleeping up to 7 guests, Annie's house offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living areas, a large entertainers deck and gazebo with BBQ and firepit. The perfect holiday house to enjoy with family and friends and to use as a base as you explore Straddie and all she has to offer. The top floor of the property boasts a spacious and well equipped kitchen complete with an Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine . The combined lounge/dining room offers a TV and DVD player and opens out onto the large deck overlooking the waters of Moreton Bay, with outdoor dining and a Weber BBQ. The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite is also on the upper level, along with an extra toilet. The downstairs level offers another 2 bedrooms with five single beds and a large bathroom with double shower and separate toilet. The living room offers a smart TV. The laundry with top loader washing machine and dryer is also on this level. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and free wi-fi is available during your stay. On the waterfront you will find a covered patio area with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining setting; perfect for spending time with loved ones and sharing in the unique and amazing experience of waterfront living. A myriad of marine life can be seen up close and personal from the rock wall, including dolphins, turtles, dugongs and even humpback whales during the migration season. Koalas and kangaroos also frequent the property, so slow down and enjoy the natural wonderland that is Straddie. Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Annie's House as the property is not fenced. Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
