The upper level is the heart of the home, featuring an open-plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen equipped with a large new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop and electric under-bench oven. This space flows out to a deck off the living area, where you can relax, fire up the gas BBQ and take in the calming water views. The main queen bedroom also enjoys these views, making it a lovely retreat at the end of the day. Upstairs you’ll also find a second queen bedroom, a single bed with trundle, and a full bathroom. Downstairs offers a generous fourth bedroom or retreat space, ideal for kids or teens, with a tri bunk and trundle, plus a second TV for relaxed movie nights or quiet downtime. This level also includes a shower and toilet, along with a laundry fitted with a top-loading washing machine and dryer. An additional fridge downstairs adds extra convenience for larger groups or longer stays. Coral View brings together space, functionality and water views, offering a relaxed setting to slow down and settle into island time. Linen Supplied and beds made for your convenience. We ended up wiping over surfaces and cleaning/mopping the floors ourselves. Something disgusting was all over the outside chairs and table (vomit? Unsure). Walking in the place smelt like curry and seemed to have been locked up for a while. Cobwebs and dead bugs over light fittings inside and the bbq was pretty gross too. Thankfully the bedding and bathroom were clean!!I don’t mind an older house as long as it is clean. But I believe the kitchen isn’t “New”, maybe a couple years old?
