The apartment (96, 2 bedroom) was very run down. Marks and dents on the walls, lots of stains on the carpet, the toilet flush was temperamental and completely stopped working by the last day of my stay. I understand that a lot of serviced apartments in Brisbane are in a similar poor maintenence state due to bad quality of building developments in the last 10 years. But at least the room should have been a bit more clean. There was dust on the bedside table and cigarette butts on the balcony floor when I arrived.
The pool, gym and spa were closed for maintenance, which was not mentioned in the Hotel.com ad. I only saw that after making the booking (in fine print).
The staff was attentive and kind when I complained about it and provided me with a kichen tea towel when I requested (as that wasn't in the standard cleaning pack).
Cleanliness and housekeeping not good at all. Needs major upgrade.

The appartment was huge! It was mostly clean - some missed spots here and there..
All the appliances worked nicely, washing machine was huge plus!
I was able to leave my baggage to the reception area for the leaving day which was just great! All in all, a great stay and would definitely recommend!
The apartment is spacious and very nicely set out. It is in great location and was a good price for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment.

Walking distance to CBD, good value
Reasonable 2 bed apartment, within waking distance of the CBD. Parking was provided inside the building. Instructions for entry, codes etc were sent by SMS. Apartment was on the older side but still quite comfortable. Good value for money.
The property is old and had a lot of damage, dents in walls, mould in the bathrooms. All the plates in the apartment were dirty and the lounge area had vertical blinds where every second blind was missing so it provided no privacy or shade. Staff were lovely and parking was very easy but would not stay again.

Great location and the parking was very easy. The property itself was comfortable; however the curtains and floors were quite dirty and the property could do with an update. There were lots of little things that were broken (toilet paper holder, cupboard doors etc). Overall good value for money and would probably stay again.

The room was lovely and big however when we arrived there was glass pieces on the balcony which had not been cleaned up. Also the benches were sticky and the unit could do with a good deep clean. The area was nice and close to amenities and check in was easy.
Great apartment with all the amenities, it's also close to the city. Wasn't a fan of the walk up from the city to the apartments, but still good location. There is a bus that goes around Spring Loop (where Flynn Brisbane is located) but didn't have information on the bus schedule and pickup/drop off zones. will learn that next time. also would stay here again next time.

This place had great location for events. Everything else was a bit of a let down. Clean on the surface but unclean on closer inspection. Heavy stains on carpet. Carpet lifting. Food under couches that hadn’t been vacuumed. Empty shower containers left in shower area on arrival.

The room was in need of a clean, I rewashed all the plates and cutlery because they had been put back in the cupboard dirty. Most of the furniture had damage, kitchen chairs broken, lounge was really dirty as was the laundry and verandah which had a large cobweb large enoughto knit a scarf with. One of the two pillows on each side had been used and the case just turned inside out and put back on. The 9am to 2 or 3pm closes makes it difficult for check outs but the manager graciously came to assist after hours. The external front difficult for the managers to keep clean because the Flynn is in an awesome location and the street is well used, I interrupted a man urinating on the front door iin the corner, difficult conditions but the foyer was clean. We will stay again
The front door deadbolt lock and guard were broken so had no way of securely locking the room aside from the key, which if anyone else had one they could enter at their own leisure. The windows did not close properly with most of them missing a handle on one side. The sliding door to the balcony also had a faulty lock. The kitchen had no trays so you are unable to use the oven but you wouldn’t want to anyway as it was filthy and would be smoking after turning it on from the build up of food inside. One bedroom had an air conditioner which was great but the other only had a ceiling fan that did not work well. Some of the lights in the kitchen dining did not work, and though there are fans in the bathrooms, neither of them actually worked. Some of the switches on the power points were broken which could be hazardous.
The staff down in reception were lovely, such a shame the room left a lot to be desired.
