I was given a disabled room & being very tall wasnโ€™t compatible eg:very low basin. My room was right next to a thoroughfare doorway with fairly constant opening & closing which eas very annoying. After my few complaints the bed was very comfortable & I was very central to the things I wanted to do. Walking distance to most & public transport very close by.

Helpful staff, good location. It's walkable to Fortitude Valley train station, Chinatown, and CityCat ferry (Howard Smith Wharves) which has lots of restaurants. There's a very good breakfast restaurant, Bare Beanz Cafe, nearby.

Easy access, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, peaceful (minus the Brisbane city noise but that was to be expected) and very comfy and cozy for myself and my partner. Iโ€™ve stayed here once before and this was my second stay, needless to say I think weโ€™ll both be back again. :)

This is a really funky little boutique hotel in the valley. Great staff at check in - very helpful. Parking is offsite and a walk to the next block but not a deal breaker.

Always a good stay at The Constance. Rooms are lovely. A little disappointed with the courtyard room as didn't realise its not got any undercover area, it was raining so couldn't use it and the outside bench and cushions were all soaked. Probably just get a normal room next time as a bit cheaper. Great breakfast the next morning at a really reasonable price. It's a shame they have rebranded the breakfast room though, it's a bit bland now. We LOVED when it was The Rose Room.
