"Everything was fantastic BUT trying to phone that hotel is impossible. A well spoken receptionist is most needed. Why are we not get an email address or phone number of hotel we booking at in case we have some extra request or need an answer? Very frustrating. But once there all magic"

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place."

"Excellent Stay! Warm welcome and good introduction to accomodation. Equiped unit if you choose to self cater or use delivery service. Peacefull garden with small pool. Breakfast was also tasty."

"We are not free the have to be free access to the facility, there was no bottle water in the room, have to phone when you want to go out and come in the place just need a bit of pace lift floor as I’m someone with cynicism so I prefer tiled floor,you have to be given options of the room "

"We stayed over at 23 on Riverside to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived Jacques and his wife was very helpful and friendly. It was very peaceful beautiful scenery. Just what we needed. The room was lovely and we want to thank Jacques and his team for the extras they accommodated us with in terms of having our own little braai. We will definitely go back. It was a pleasure dealing with Candice as well before the time. The service was great! Well done to you all!"

"The place looks very dodgy with a donkey ages gate u only see on horror movies. It looks nothing like its online version. The only good looking part is the pool. The place need some face lift "

"On arrival we stayed in the Magnolia room. We enjoyed the room but on arrival we found that our room was the only room without electricity. So the fridge was hot. We slept there for two nights on the second night the units electricity went off again on looking outside our unit was the only one without electricity. Left the next morning at 6 so we had to shower and leave and do all in the dark. No complaints other than the electricity"

"Its a gated leisure community. Staff are very supportive and courteous. Dining would benefit from a buffet breakfast option for those who would like it."

"Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon "
