"A wonderful property to stay, we were upgraded to the presidential suite which was large with two bathrooms. Very nice old world charm. The food was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast and service was not up to the standards of the room and cost. Breakfast was included but was limited and was served cold though the plate was very hot? We had dinner one evening it was expensive and the vegetables were cold but the meat was warm and delicious. We were the only guest and the service was slow...

"Everything was fantastic BUT trying to phone that hotel is impossible. A well spoken receptionist is most needed. Why are we not get an email address or phone number of hotel we booking at in case we have some extra request or need an answer? Very frustrating. But once there all magic"

"I am currently hoping I did not get charged for this place. I booked drove up there was no sign. I checked the booking. I booked after 6:00 pm. last arrival is 6:00 pm. website said no cancelation. I couldn't get in. Had to book somewhere else."

The only thing that bordered me was the cleaner she knocks on the door as a rude person coming to complain i was surprised and if she sees that windows and curtains are not open yet she can think people are still sleeping really she disturbed our rest we came to rest.
