Ground floor: living room-lounge-kitchen (closed fireplace, sofa, WIFI), 1st bedroom (double bed), toilet, shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 2nd bedroom (single bed), 3rd bedroom (double bed, 2 single beds), shower room/toilet. High chair and baby bed. Heating: wood (€72/stere) and electric (extra depending on the meter). Private unfenced garden 280 m² (swing, table tennis, covered shelter). Private swimming pool shared with the owners (live on site). POOL OPENING: 16/05 to 12/09. Non-smoking cottage.
