The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable Staff are friendly Breakfast is very good Location of the hotel is ok, near to central location (old town square), walkable distance to main attractions. However, it is a bit difficult to locate the hotel when you first arrive Overall it is a happy stay for us

这家酒店分为酒店本馆和公寓，酒店本馆就在查理大桥正对着的那条街上，周围十分的热闹，楼下是餐厅和酒吧，前台在二层，我们住的是公寓，在酒店本馆北面两条街上，Manesuv大桥对着的大街上，离Staromestska地铁站很近，距酒店本馆大约步行五分钟左右。公寓的房间非常大，两室一厅，卫生间和浴室是分别两间，有厨房，有电磁炉，有冰箱，有餐具，有热水壶。早餐在本馆一层的餐厅，食物还可以，有一种香肠很好吃，但咖啡很一般。

Overall, a great stay. We stayed in the two bed, two bath apartment (Executive). Wonderful location, 10/10 for a first time visit to Prague. You are about 5 minute walk from the most popular tourist location (Charles Bridge) and we were within a 15 min walk of both tours we scheduled through separate companies. The apartment also had air conditioning which was wonderful because it reached 38 C during our visit, and very few places in Prague had air conditioning. My one real complaint is that the listing on hotels.com for our apartment clearly stated that it had a balcony which is why I booked it. When we showed up, no balcony. I messaged with a staff member over the messaging app of hotels.com asking why it said balcony for that apartment when there was no balcony and they just kept saying it didnt say that, even after I copied and pasted from the website. I just looked now and that was been removed, so thats a good thing, but I didnt appreciate being told I was wrong when it was literally on the website.
