Clean room and great customer service from the staff. Bed was a little high when climbing in. A music festival was in progress, so the bands were playing into the night. Hotel needs refurbishing, rooms are spartan and not well cleaned. Paid extra for a harbour view but windows look like they have never been cleaned.
