Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days.

Elevators are awfully slow, building is old and is one of the worse doubletree hilton I’ve stayed in.
I paid $45 for parking and the app tried to make me pay an additional $16
I complained to the staff and she said I can file a complaint. I told her I refuse to pay more than the flat $45 fee.
Any other issues is on them. She ended up opening the parking garage for me. Either way, I didn’t enjoy how it all played out.
In addition to waiting 10 min for an elevator every time, this made the stay awful.

Garden of the Gods is a beautiful property. We’d like to thank Sara for making us feel welcome and for her kindness and warmth! All of the amenities were well kept and the restaurant is excellent. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view. We look forward to staying here again.
