"Beautiful. Rooms are large and well appointed. Restaurants are good, except at the pool, which is ok for young kids, but not adults. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is excellent. Very family friendly, including dogs. Extremely expensive."

"Everything was great except one MAJOR item. Both beds were worn out and caved in to the middle of the mattress like shallow ponds. Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know ..."
