Check in / check out / door locks / luggage storage can all be done without involving a human - which I didn't mind.Hotel was clean and very well situated. Rooms were a bit "thumpy." I kept hearing what sounded like furniture being moved around or sacks of potatoes being tossed around. Never figured out what the commotion was, but it was consistent. "The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you. This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up...

"This is a dorm but that was not clear from the listing. The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on and we had to fight for toilet paper and towels. Nothing in the kitchen worked and it was dirty. The tv had no remote and you could not manually turn it on. There is no parking on site or anywhere near by."

"The accommodation was absolutely perfect for 12 of us, staff were so lovely and accommodating and it's only around a 15 minute walk to the temple bar whilst being so close to the shopping centre. Perfect for our trip and would recommend staying here!"
