Sink was completely clogged. Never repaired while I was there. The next morning everyone had to park outside the property. Even being disabled changed nothing. Wasn’t offered any credit or discounts, even though everyone should have been offered at least an apology. We let them know we were bringing our dog and baby and they had the dog bed with dog treats and bandana ready in our room. Our dog was treated like a princess :) . Room was clean and balcony with the city view was beautiful too! Defff recommend, worth your money! We are told this in a tiny little addendum at the bottom of the Expedia reservation, there is -no- indicator on the booking page when booking. They take your money and then you don’t have a room, and they say no refunds.
