Great location, easy to use the facilities at the President Hotel. We had an issue with some water leakage in our room which they dealt with right away and provided free breakfast the next morning.

The overall service, hotel, staffs, building, everything was terrible. And I was charged for the $150 refundable deposit, why? I am requesting a refund of $150.

They have sunscreen and sunglass wipes by the pool and there are water stations throughout the hotel and they give you two free water bottles Evian per day and they have Nespresso coffee in the rooms and you can eat by the pool or Nobu or Ocean Social, gratuity is included 20%. Each room guests two lounge chairs by the beach for free and towels. Everything was great. We loved it.

"Everything about The Sunny was spectacular. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. I 10/10 recommend splurging for a Beach Front room. It was worth EVERY penny. If we ever make it back to Miami, we will absolutely be staying here again."
