“Good stay”

“Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".”

“The breakfast is great, and there are snacks, drinks, beer, red and white wine, etc. in the evening from Monday to Wednesday. The washing machine and dryer are free for guests to use, which is very suitable for long-term stays.”

“We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. We were upgraded to a better room due to ours not being ready yet and it was beautiful. Staff couldnt have been any better! Bathroom and……

“Very nice clean hotel, staff was very nice and courteous. Not very many options for breakfast, items offered were ok. Shuttle service was great.”

“The room was modern but retro. Very nice set up in my Unit. Easy access with code to entrance and room. Spacious room and king bed. Refrigerator was small but accommodating. Small microwave but not really needed. Stairs were adequate to get up to room. Shower was modern and Spacious. AC worked grrat and stayed comfortable the whole time. I liked the double shade to covervthe window. Only note was that the pool was closed, but not advertised on website and understand the reason why……

“breakfast was hot and fresh.room was clean.never did receive airport shuttle phoned 4 times ,finally after 3hours waiting took cab gotto hotel and shuttle bus was at hotel.we never did see this bus at the pick up spot at airport. We have stayed here before many times and never had a problem before,. we will be looking else where next time.We were not the only ones that experienced this problem at your hotel”

“Nice place- great shuttle service to/from the airport. Close to the cruise port- shuttles there cost 15 per passenger for one way or 30 round trip - a little steep for me. The bathrooms could use an update. Nice breakfast. ”

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”
