Our train arrived very late & then no luck finding a late meal. We called them for advice on an alternative which they were able to offer. Steve also kindly put the heater on in our room which was so appreciated. The start to 3 lovely days in Broken Hill. They will need to update furniture such as bed, table, chairs, television and couch. They all look good but can be uncomfortable as they have come to the end of their lives. Still usable and I am sure the new owners will be looking to improve overtime. Quiet location but away from clubs, town, restaurants. Servicing on request. Spacious rooms but layout a bit off....TV (old, not smart) and couch at right angle so not ideal for watching. Comfy bed. They made it easy to check in, the property was neat and clean , bed was comfy, shower was great. TV reception was almost nonexistent but Steve knows about this and is working on having this and the internet rectified.
