The Inn has the old comfortable feel with all the modern conveniences. The room are clean and comfortable. Josh and staff are very accommodating. It comes with a tasty and filling breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Josh and all the staff were absolutely amazing. We felt so at home and were really sad to drive away….how rare is that! A very special village, like a step back in time. We loved it!

Absolutely loved our 1 night stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Josh, the caretaker/owner was wonderful! Always checking to be sure we were happy. We had an absolute fabulous breakfast and our server Ava was excellent. We definitely recommend and hope to revisit when we have more time. So worth it.

Awesome time in a quiet, restful, pleasurable setting. Very positive experience outside of the standard "hotel" experience. Outstanding attention to customer care and concerns during our stay. Nothing like a delicious, hot continental breakfast served fresh from the kitchen as a compelling reason to come back soon!! Well worth the money!! Excellent pub atmosphere in the evening!! Bob K.

The room was appointed/decorated just beautifully and looked towards the lake which was a short walk away. The air conditioner worked very well and there was a smart TV. The only thing missing for us was a mini fridge, just bc we had purchased food earlier. But everything else was just perfect. The inn is just lovely and in superb condition. There is also a charming bar and restaurant. We had both dinner, and breakfast which was lovely and included with our stay. I had fresh blueberry pancakes and made to order eggs with fresh fruit, juice and coffee, and my husband had yogurt with fresh fruit and granola with maple syrup drizzled on top and also made to order eggs. The owners are incredibly nice, truly, not a cliche. We talked about some wonderful history and connections we both had. The other guests staying also were treated so kindly. I would recommend Green Trails Inn to anyone traveling thru Vermont and wanting a New England Bed and Breakfast but in an updated and renovated charming inn.

Loved loved this B&B and the where it was out-of-the-way in a quiet little area with nature all around a beautiful walk to the river very close by. The rooms were so clean the food was delicious especially breakfast. Highly recommend.

100% BEST experience ever! From Josh, to the beautiful well kept grounds and old building, the charming room and the delectable breakfast. It was all amazing and we are planning a second trip to the state of Vermont to experience Green Trails Inn again. Fulfilled every one of our needs and was a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Hoping on Two consecutive nights next time.:-)

Staying there was like traveling on time and we were avle to learn about the history of the original house and famous bridge in front. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff very responsive and kind. Breakfast served was delicious and fresh.

From check in to check out, we had a great stay and Josh and his staff were very hospitable. The Inn is very nice, clean and newly renovated integrating the historic structure with modern enhancements. The pub was great and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and cocktails. Breakfast was amazing, especially the home made scones. We will definitely come back again.
