Enjoy the good life on beautiful and quiet Sweezey Lake. Lots of outdoor space with private walking trails and abundant wildlife. Newly renovated interior with great lake views. Enjoy cool lake breezes on the screened-in porch or the hot tub and fire pit on a cool night. Get on the water (except during the winter) with a private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and paddle boat. Lots of other great amenities - gas fireplace, RV water and electric hookup (please coordinate with owner in advance if you intend to bring RV), tent platform, porch TV, EV charger, and bikes. $100 pet fee per stay. Guests who do not include their pets on their reservation are subject to $500 fee. Exterior security camera located above parking area facing road. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, biking, hiking and the use of non-motorized boats ("Outdoor Activities") is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from Outdoor Activities and hold owner harmless. Deer walking in the backyard, pretty view from the hot tub. Nugget ice machine! Original windows, so a tad chilly laying on the couch. Have to get the heater just right and put the fireplace on. This year we decided to come and visit family for Christmas. The property is well-kept and has a nice view of the lake. We stayed inside mostly due to the cold weather. The family with my grandkids came over to visit. There are some games and toys for children to play with. We plan to stay here again when we are in the area. ##### Dale M. We took advantage of the beautiful weather to kayak, have a bonfire and enjoy the hot tub. The cottage was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and close enough for DoorDash to deliver. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with all the needed utensils. My group loves to cook and we had great time. I loved the screened in porch, hot tub, walking the trails in the morning, kayaking and using the paddle boat everyday. I even tried the paddle board since I never tried before! I saw so many deer. The hot tub & gas fire were wonderful.Who ever thought of the door to close off main living from bedrooms was genious, specially for early to bed & rise folks.The trails and the view were just lovely.We were a busy graduation family group that so much enjoyed the property! ##### Nancy L. Fantastic property and beautiful countryside. House amenities were exactly as listed. As it was very hot that week the AC in individual rooms was a huge plus. We spent many hours on the lake which was peaceful during the week. When we returned home, it was a unanimous vote. We are going back next summer! ##### Charles C.
