Would also have been nice if the check in included information about where we were and how to get around. Otherwise a nice stay. “We spent 4 days at this location, and the rooms were not serviced once. Considering the cost for two rooms we felt this was pretty poor. The staff member at reception on arrival was quite rude and made the check in process a less than pleasant experience.
The rooms have a hot plate but nothing to actually cook with. Rubbish bin only had one bag and whilst replacements were available at reception you had to continually be asking for items such as clean towels, bathroom amenities etc. This……

“Fabulous stay at the Roey - right in the middle of town and close to bus stop for anyone wishing to head to Cable Beach. Staff were well trained and so, so friendly - from the young lady who picked us up at the airport (exceptional) and everyone we came into contact with after that. Restaurant fare was well above our expectations and we ate there every night. Great live music on Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms could do with some updating but overall our rooms were clean and safe.
