The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere.
The service is truly exceptional. The hotel team was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a specific request for a freezer in the room to store gluten-free food for our child, and the hotel arranged it quickly and kindly. This made our stay much more comfortable and showed a high level of care and professionalism.
Thank you to the entire team for your warm attitude and hospitality. We would be happy to return in the future and highly recommend Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre to other travelers."
