Recent Reviews for Brussels Airlines

Used Uniteds app for check in and was surprised with TSA pre approval on our boarding passes. Wonderful experience, essentially walked through TSA without unpacking carry on or removing shoes, etc. modern plane, great entertainment options, constant staff service on plane and comfortable economy seats. Very well done United, keep up the good work!

Wasn't happy with the fact that on the flight from Brussels to Tel Aviv, which was a night flight, the lights were left on and it was almost impossible to sleep on this flight. The fact that lights were not turned off also didn't give the atmosphere for other passengers to be quiet.

Transfer in Brussels was very slow - passport control was understaffed. If the flight hadn't been delayed I would have missed it!
