No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep.

Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal.

La opción más barata de Bruselas, por lo que si solo necesitas un espacio para dormir, es una opción más que adecuada. Es esencial entender que no es un hotel o un apartamento, se trata de un kot tradicional belga, por tanto tú tienes tu habitación y punto, el resto de instalaciones como baño y ducha son comunes. Ten esto en cuanta antes de reservar. El acceso es bastante sencillo a través de los código de acceso que te envía el dueño. Lo dicho, si entiendes el tipo de alojamiento que es, tendrás una maravillosa estancia
