JUST 15 minutes from Kyle Field Stadium and 5 minutes from the extremely idyllic Lake Bryan that offers, boating, fishing, bike trails, a nice onsite restaurant (Lakeside Icehouse) which has excellent food, live music and great sunsets. On this large property, there is plenty of space to park your boat and jet skis!

The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with space for up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a newly renovated bathroom with a jacuzzi and a large balcony veranda/pergola with views of the property’s charming pond which you can also use for a little fishing!

The property has a new GREAT spa and outdoor kitchen with two grills, fire pit and patio area with plenty of seating. Recently added outdoor decoration lights for parties. Upon request party setup (tables, chairs, and a dance floor) can be included for an additional fee.

We are just 15 minutes away from the A&M University which offers many activities including theatre shows, museum, libraries and cultural walks on the campus area. The campus is also home to the Kyle Field Stadium! The stadium has been home to the Aggie football team since 1905.
