This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The hotel is very clean and the food is great.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease. The VIP experience is well recommended.

Room and parts of the hotel were very nice, others requiring update. Main restaurant experience not for the feint of heart in the middle of summer holiday season and though food choice was reasonable, quality not as hoped. €20 per person à la carte worth it and eating at Bohemia for €50 per person was nice, but for one of us getting a bit sick, likely from a shellfish dish. There are two distinct hotels, Bohemia looks far better and would have been worth paying the extra (à la carte restaurants included, upgraded rooms, beach facilities etc). Pools good, food and drinks availability was reasonable, no pool service though (even for towels). All sun beds towelled up by mid morning but many-to-most unoccupied. No attempts by the hotel to prevent towel placement nor clear away used but now unoccupied beds. Always seemed to be bin bags left in the area outside our room. Lots of staff, most generally helpful, except strangely Guest Services who seemed completely disinterested / unapproachable / unknowledgeable when asked to assist with bookings etc. From a service perspective, not what I’ve come to expect from a 5 star hotel.
