The staff was nice (and there's a cat that lives at the hotel who likes to ride the elevator!). The breakfast was solid. The hotel is extremely close (about 2-3 minutes walk) to Bucharest Gard du Nord, so very convient for trains. But in late March I stayed one night in Elizeu when I my plane arrived with delayed and I was surprised to see that it offers services at pair or even better in some respect to the ones offered by hotels located in city center. The room I booked was a queen size bed, however, when I checked in, the receptionist gave me a triple single bed which I demanded to change to a queen size. The bathroom in the Queen size bedroom, however, was so small and even the shower room was a similar to a shower room in a hostel. The water pouring on the shower head was weak and it was really annoying when we had a shower. The receptionist when I checked in and the receptionist when I checked out kept asking me to pay for the room, even though I already paid the day I booked my accommodation in October. It seemed they didn’t have the gal to check if their customers paid or not. They’re not very helpful as well as when we asked for direction to the city centre, they didn’t help us and even on how to get to the airport either by public transportation or by Uber, they did say “I don’t know”! I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.
