Small room with no window to Open. Unfortunately the Staff at the reception desk was in a hury. But all in all they have been friendly. We have got one of the four parking lots in the backyard. It was free of Charge.

No one around hotel Lev or II, to check in.

No one around hotel Lev or II. Dragged heavy lugage up the stairs at entrance only to find door locked, no lights insid, no staff, noone to ask. Dragged said luggage down high steps and along the street and into broken and uneven floor courtyard then got in through back door to find no one to ask/check me in. Helped only by elderly Dutch couple smocking outside that when their coffee arrives i could ask waiter, who was impertinent telling me to go to Lev Or I, further down along the street to check in and made me wait on the steps of the back door for more than 20 min, in 39 degree C, watching my luggage, before s.one else came to tell me to do the same and go to the other hotel and I should have known that, 'cos everybody goes there 1st??????? Appaling treatment by the hotel staff who also called me a taxi for the airport that had a premium rate/km and cost more than double than the Taxi I took indipendently from the airport, in the way in. Really upset about the treatment of guests as others in the same place were complaining vociferously also. Never again - Lev Or II !!!!!

DDR Charme

This hotel is in no way a 3 star hotel. It has the charm of an old hotel during the DDR period. Smelled of stale cigarettes. Lights in hallway only went on if you moved. Unlocking the door to the room you had to keep moving just to see where to put the key to the door, the rugs, dirty, worn, faded and coming up and the bathroom was moldy ! Parking possibilities are very poor on the street. The only plus was the staff tried to be helpful. This hotel we could not ever recommend, you would be better staying at a Youth Hostel.

Not happy

They try to put us in 3 star bldg. and they blame u. The room was around 150 to 160 sqf. No balcony. I ask and show them your description of the room. They said its your mistake. I was very unhappy

Ok room for a good price

Needed a room for a layover in Bucharest. Served the purpose fine. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The walls were a bit thin, so sound travels well, but I believe that's common in Romania. Would stay again for same purpose.

Not luxury but also not to bad

This hotel is composed by two different buildings. One building is the 4 star part (main building) and the second building is the 3 star part. On hotels.com it was stated that the hotel has 4 stars but we got our room in the 3 star part. There is no information about the 3 star part on hotels.com. On hotels.com it was stated that our room had balcony but that was not true. The 3 star part had no personnel on duty neither. It was completely empty. Otherwise the room was ok and quit but still not worth the price we paid. Another good thing was that the hotel fixed free car parking place. The area is busy so there parking is a problem.
