Don’t think I will return.

Second time I was here. First time was ok, acceptable, nothing to write about. Except this time there were a few problems. 1) There were baby roaches. I saw three in my room. 2) They didn’t clean the toilet so that it had dried urine on the lip of the bowl when you pick up the toilet seat, despite having a “disinfected” paper tape. 3) There was no toilet paper. I told the receptionist and he couldn’t find it at the time so I asked to have it placed in my room. When I got back to my room over 10 hours later at night there was no toilet paper. I had to get it from them next morning.

Aunque el alojamiento está bien, la entrada es ruinosa y no tiene carteles ni nada. El edificio estaba en obras y las ventanas estaban cubiertas. La habitación era cómoda, pero no estaba demasiado limpia.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, very comfortable and the location is ideal. The staff was also helpful and kind. I can’t believe I wanted to cancel my booking after reading some of the comments but good that I didn’t. Great value for money!

Sauber, aber wenig Komfort

Von innen sieht das Zimmer aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Was mich schockiert hat war die Fassade. Eine riesen Werbewall vor den Fenstern. Ich hab Anfangs auch den Eingang nicht gefunden, da ich dachte, das Haus steht leer. Die Apartments sind alle in einem Stock, man muss nicht an der "Rezeotion" vorbei. Wenn man also in dem Wohnblock ist, kann jeder zu den Apartments. Natürlich hat man selbst einen Schlüssel für sein Zimmer, dennoch hat es mir etwas unbehagen bereitet. Zurück zum Zimmer, das Bett war sehr hart und laut, die Ausstattung aber sehr schön und vorallem Duschgel, Zahnbürste und vieles mehr war vorhanden. Laut war es generell, einerseits dünne Wände zu den Nachbarn, andererseits die 8-spurige Straße vor der Haustür. Top für mich war definitiv die Lage. Um die Ecke ist ein belebtes Viertel mit Kaffees und Restaurants, Königspalast, Roman Atheneul etc. Die Altstadt erreicht man in gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß. PS: Ich würde gern Fotos hinzufügen, aber leider funktioniert es nicht.

t This was the most horrible place I ever experienced the drapes were falling down full of dust very dirty ,glass of the shower was cracked water dripping on the walls and the bottom was full of black mold with a horrible smell .I inform Expedia and they were sorry they could not resolve my problem I'll try to resolve it differently but I'm very disappointed of the outcome.

The hotel is a single floor in a shabby apartment block - they've obviously tried hard to make it nice with some decorative niknaks in the corridor but the rooms are small, curtains aren't big enough for the windows, the bathroom floor was caving in, hpusekeeling/cleaning in the 4 days I was there (I booked 3 rooms for 4 days - they all had the same issues). You definitely get what you pay for, but as a base a for a long weekend for 3 guys on the p*ss it was fine. Definitely do not take your partner for a romantic stay. The rooms are seriously not large enough for 2 people. There is no dining or food of any kind, nor is there a kettle or iron/board available. Plenty of good local coffee shops around for breakfast though. Metro is close and the old town area is about a 10 minute walk away.

Unless you're on a tight budget, I don't recommend

The property is located a few doors down from the Vodafone shop and reception is on the second floor. If you don't know that, it is hard to find the property and you do behin to think you're in the wrong place. The man on reception was miserable and unfriendly. When we arrived and asked to check in (approx 10pm, we did inform the hotel of this weeks in advance) he snarled at us and said he was supposed to have left at 7pm and started complaining in Romanian so we didn't understant what he was saying. Luckiky another gentleman showed up and checked us in, and thankfully he was lovely. We had apartment/room one, which the room was ok. It was decorated nicely, but cleanliness wasn't very good. We had empty drink bottles left in the window behind the curtains, chewing gum stuck to the headboard, a broken toilet seat, mess under the wardrobe and we also seen cockroaches on our first night that had crawled in under the door, and then back out! (Advice, leave all items and bags/suitcases off the floor where possible!) We did stay for our entire time, but spent as little time as possible in our room. Overall, for the price we paid, it wasn't as terrible as some places we have stayed in. The location was good for walking to all of the main attractions in Bucharest, however it was extremely noisy at night as it was also next tp a main road. Overall, unless you're on a tight budget, I would not recommend.

Katastrophaler Service

Katastrophaler Service. 0 Hilfsbereit und total unfreundlicher Service vor Ort. Hatten wegen Terminverschiebungen mehr als eine Buchung machen müssen (Do-Fr + Fr-So). Angeblich war die Buchung Donnerstag auf Freitag nicht im System, wir hätten Pech gehabt meinte er, es wäre nichts mehr frei. Nach Kontaktaufnahme bei Hotels.com konnten sie dies aber mit der Unterkunft klären und auf einmal war doch ein Zimmer frei, wofür wir aber nochmal zahlen sollten, was ich natürlich nicht gemacht habe, da ich bereits über Hotels.com gezahlt habe, er wollte uns abzocken! Freitags morgens mussten wir dann aus dem Zimmer raus, da wir ein anderes bekommen sollten. Als wir dann wieder kamen, haben wir doch das selbe wieder bekommen, natürlich nichts gemacht (keine neuen Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche o.ä.). War sinnlos, wollte uns damit nur schikanieren. Generell war die Kommunikation von dem Mitarbeiter eine Frechheit. Nicht einmal "bitte" oder "danke" gesagt, immer im Befehlston mit uns geredet und kaum war man in seinem Büro, wurde man angepöbelt, dass man die Tür zumachen soll, aber in einem absoluten frechen Umgangston. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar zentral, aber aufgrund der Erfahrungen und des Services würde ich hier nie wieder übernachten wollen. des Weiteren riecht es in vielen Zimmern echt eigenartig und auch ein paar Insekten mussten wir selbst im Zimmer entfernen.

Beautiful room with Roaches!!!

The room wasn't big but it was very nice and smelled good. However at night i saw roaches which made me cringe. I had to keep my luggage shut to not take any of these critters home with me. They should invest in getting these roaches out.!!!

Location good nothing else..

The room was very little and the bathroom was a step higher than the sleeping room, the room was next to the main street so you could hear all the nlice and the sirens outside,the air kondition didnt work and the room was warm during the day and in evning smell bad, the reception was last room in the floor and they didnt care so much..
