The good- it was close to the train station and downtown shopping, the room was very large as was the bathroom which included a washer (though there was no drying rack). The kitchen and refrigerator were very handy. The internet was good and reliable- except the first day. The bad- it is RIGHT next to the train tracks (less the 50 meters) so you can hear the trains all day and night. There is no A/C so you have to leave the windows open- but then you have bugs and loud noise. We were under a wind advisory for 2 days, so we had to close the windows for fear they would break (they kept blowing open and closed) so it was extremely warm and there wasn't even a fan to use. There is MAJOR construction that was even closer than the tracks which starts at 7AM- VERY loud. Also the construction makes it difficult to find as several roads are closed. No one onsite so when we lost internet the first day (all day until 4PM) it took forever to get a respond and get the problem fixed. The floor was not clean- hair (including dog hair) in the room and bathroom. We ran out of body wash as the dispensers were not filled and luckily, we saw the house cleaning staff the next day to get them refilled.
