Mid century modern interiors are well done, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent meals for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Not in a walkable area but that didn’t detract from our stay since it’s only a few minutes to the Newport mansions if they’re in your plans

So the rooms tv didn't work. Bathroom was out of toiletries no bath soap lotion No wash cloths The ice machine broken but a manager brought me ice. Outside hotel was a huge crowd of homeless and routes group. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was kind, prompt and very helpful! Room and hotel was very clean and quiet - loved the spa water in the lobby and the nice outdoor area in the back.
