We really enjoyed our stay here at the North 40 Lodge. Our cabin was clean and very cozy. It is set in a very peaceful location too. It was nice to sit out on the front porch in the rocking chairs just relaxing in nature. I loved there was a parking spot right up front with made unloading and loading very easy! The staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating. I communicated through text and they got back to me ASAP. The bed was very comfortable, all the fixtures were modern and updated and the shower was nice and hot! We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Thank you so much, we will 100% be back again!

The area was nice,clean & peaceful just what we were looking for,,,we enjoyed our time there !!

We stayed at The Sautee Inn over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. Rebecca, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. She’s a great host and clearly puts a lot of care into the experience. The house itself is beautiful, historic, and full of charm. It’s in a perfect spot too - close to Helen if you want to explore, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything about the stay was easy and relaxing. Great location, great host, great vibes. We’re already talking about when we can go back!

Needs an updated bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!! We loved it!

Room was clean, check in/check out was convenient, host was very responsive to our needs, location was very close to dining and outdoor activities. I would absolutely recommend staying here and if in the area again, I will return!
