"Renee provided an amazing stay! The house and location were very nice and peaceful. They were very respectful and had great communication. If we needed something they were quick to make sure we were helped. The house was very clean and the arcade games are an amazing added bonus. We were able to have fires as well as a short trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful especially with our dog. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to be close to the beach but have some additional privacy in the woods. They had a bunch of beach necessities and some added extra goodies waiting for us. "

"The house was located on a 4 x 4 only beach, which would have been fine if we had been informed prior to our arrival about the conditions to expect and the proper way to navigate them. We arrived after dark, during high tide, with inflated tires. We should have been told to watch the tide charts because the beach becomes impassable at high tide. We were not, and barely made it to our turn off because it was a shortly after high tide. We should have been told about letting the air out of the tires to make driving on the beach doable, which we were not. This resulted in us getting stuck in the sand and a costly towing bill. We were advised against driving the beach at night by the tow truck driver who said it was very dangerous if you were unfamiliar with the beach. There are many hazards that could have ruined our vehicle if we hit one, luckily we didn’t. The constant monitoring and worrying over high tide and our schedule made for a miserable trip. We were obviously not from the area and consider it negligent that the leasing company did not give us any information other than we needed a four wheel drive vehicle. "

"This was our first experience with renting a house. The house was exactly how it was described. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and more! When we first arrived we were greeted by 5 of the wild horses including a baby grazing in the yard. We ate breakfasts outsude on the deck after driving to the beach(3 minutes) to watch the sunrise. Dinner on the deck every evening amidst the live oaks was great. It was quiet and a relaxing escape from the crazy life we have at home Melissa has beach chairs and tents and even some boogie boards. Having a keurig was a bonus, washing machine and dryer came in great use. Everything was new and clean. The beach was clean and not crowded. 4x4 truck or jeep is a must and the beach road is incredible and intense all at once! Melissa was responsive and our stay was without any issues.
