To be fair, as we mentioned them, the hotel staff reacted and sent someone to sort..Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff."

"Modern hotel just outside of Bologna. We chose this place for the pool which was lovely and the tennis courts which need attention. What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. You want to sit under an umbrella by the pool? Charge. You want to play a round of tennis? Charge. These amenities should be included in the cost of a nightly stay. "Centrally located near lots of great bars and restaurants. Lovely clean apartments and well equipped. Do read the information in the kitchen. All the wine left in the fridge and kitchen is chargeable if you did not book through their website. Would have been nice to be free for all guests. Also ensure you use the shower mat when stepping out of the shower. The bathroom floor when wet is like an ice rink and unbelievably slippy. Nearly had a nasty fall. "

"This is more than a 5 star hotel. The service is the best I e had in my worldwide travels in other wonderful properties. Our historic room was wonderful and we receive a 2 category upgrade. The included breakfast was first class and expansive in options. I cannot recommend any higher. You will love staying here when in Bologna. "

"Good value for an overnight stop over and visit to Ferrari factory. Bed comfortable. Highlight was the Paddock restaurant as the food was delicious"

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was sufficient. Nothing super fancy and pretty basic breakfast but it was good. The room was clean and pretty spacious. No complimentary water or hair conditioner. There was body lotion though. Staff was very nice."
