Please vacuum more. The guest were very hard on this property while were with you. The amount of trash in the halls made our visit a bad one. Our toilet was draining slow we used the lobby one frequently. The location was good for our needs. We will choose another hotel closer to our destination on our next visit.

The reason we stayed here was to enjoy the outdoor patio we had often admired. Unfortunately, it was unusable due to the crowd as this is a popular student bar. I had inquired at check in if a reservation was needed and was told no. Additionally it was not expected that under 21 guests could not eat in the restaurant, the staff was kind and would allow with mark on hands indicating they were underage. Ultimately we ate elsewhere as there was no availability outside and inside was quite loud and cramped. There was a lot of noise in the room due to drivers revving engines on Main. The rooms were very clean, beds just ok, and an annoying light on thermostat (I am someone that cant sleep well with lighrs in the room). Breakfast was disappointing with much of the food being cold. Overall it was clean, friendly staff, but felt underwhelming and overpriced given the experience.
