Overall my stay was okay . I like that they had an option for indoor or outdoor pool . There was a bar at the pool but nobody was there , even though the sign said the pool bar work be open from 2pm-8pm ( not sure what that was about ) . My room i had issues with some of the furniture and dresser being damaged or had stains . I made the front desk aware once i saw the damages once i checked in . Besides that parking was affordable.

I live just about 3 miles away. I had to stay in the hotel because we lost power during a storm and I was having trouble sleeping in our home due to the anxiety I was feeling, along with a case of stifling claustrophobia. I checked in after midnight, Saturday morning and planned to be there for just overnight - a few hours, really - and was still charged full rate for the room. This was exploitive of my situation and was made worse because I was told I could stay over Saturday and check out Sunda morning at the time of check-in but, when I was in the lobby/gym later that morning, I was told I had to check out by 11:00 on Saturday. It was kind of a bait and switch. All made worse because I learned our power came on right about the same time I was paying $140.00 for what ended up being just a few hours time. I could have stayed in the lobby for 20 or 30 minutes and received the text letting me know our power was back on!

The parking space no so good for certain cabins. Then all good. The grill should be one for each cabin but may be in the future it can happen. Otherwise, everything looks so beautiful, quiet and safe. Very peacefull. I highly recomended! Specialy if you want to have a nice and relax time away with your Family.
