We got into our first room, and went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We called the front desk while talking to the front desk agent. He put me on hold and the next thing I know he's knocking on our door. He came in turned the water on. It was not hot. He then said he would be back, but based on prayer experience I decided to go down to the front desk. There was a lady there and I let her know what was going on, that we needed a different room. The guy was nowhere to be found. She went to a different room. Made sure the hot water was working and then gave me a key to that room. We moved to that room. Then at about 11:30 at night somebody opened our door. They failed to correct it in the system and subsequently gave the same room that we are now staying in to another couple. I then called the front desk and the lady at the front desk hung up on me. Worst experience I've ever had.

Good/bad. First and foremost the staff at the front desk were excellent! Very kind and caring. The hotel is new and it is beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The AC worked properly. The shower had hot water but no water pressure, it was just a slight trickle of water. Took a long time to get wet and wash up. (Odd because the sinks had good pressure) Now the bad, we checked in and went to our room. It was filthy. Lots and lots of dog hair on the couch, the bed didn’t look like it had been changed just pulled up and it was all wrinkled with a spider on the pillow. There was another health hazard that caused us to leave that room ask for a new room. We got a new room and it was better but the shower was filthy, had body hair all through it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned or rinsed. Also, no towels . So, nice new hotel but needs a better housekeeping person

Being woken up at 9am by housekeeping when we didn't have to be checked out until later was terrible. Super disrespectful. Did you want us out so you can clean early?? I hope people don't come stay and have the same experience.
