"The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges.
Will not stay here again"

"It was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

"The hotel and everything was great and I even upgraded to a premium (club room) free of charge. The staff was polite, vast choice of delicious breakfast, the décor throughout was beautiful, and the room we stayed was also great, not to mention the efficiency and fun buggy ride.
