The nice part was that you can drive into the hotel easily. The worst part was that there is a resort fee, but there are not resort amenities. You have to pay extra for the pool (a lot extra and the pool is small) and the hot tub was out of service. The beach chairs and umbrellas were extra too. I don’t know what the resort fee is for. It is not a resort. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where guests have to pay $70 each to use the pool. You could sit at an uncomfortable high top stool for $25 each. It’s a SMALL pool. Holiday Inn has way better pools. It was weird. I wouldn’t stay there again. The pool is only for 21 so you cannot bring kids either.

The hotel was blocks away from the boardwalk and casinos, we only had to drive once the whole week. Not the fanciest hotel in the area, but it is well suited for families and people who don't like the casino atmosphere. We also enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony on the 21st floor. Overall we had a wonderful time
