Staff was friendly and competent. We had a minor issue and it was remedied quickly. There was heavy machinery in large construction area between hotel and Crosswinds Casino. They are building another bigger hotel there. Best to ask for a room on front side of hotel, since noise from dozers and graders go until 7pm or so and start up around 630am. It will be great when completed.

Nice clean room large walk-in shower, large bathroom large bedroom, great kitchen, a work area and a dining room table, really enjoyed the king suite bedroom.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is conveniently located. The desk clerks are always pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well provisioned. We always enjoy the wide variety of breakfast choices as well. On a scale of one to 10, this hotel is an 11!!!!
