The location of the property is within walking distance to many of Munich's cultural attractions which was a plus. However, the property is quite dated and the room I was assigned had shag carpeting. The shower was also quite small and not sure how a large person would be able to access it in such a small space.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was great. HOWEVER, the hotel only has 1 tiny elevator, which forces you to take the stairs unless you're willing to wait for a while. The rooftop is loud and smokey. If you're a nonsmoker, this is not a pleasant space to grab a drink. The hotel serves breakfast, but it is 20 Euros per person unless you made sure to include it in your reservation. More importantly, the variety of items is relatively limited. Definitely, not worth 20 Euros. The best asset of this hotel is the location and the history behind it

the breakfastroom was too noisy and the breakfast wasn't fresh and delicious. Parkinson was expensive and my xpection was that Parkinson fee is included- the room was expensive enough. today we left unsatisfied and disapointet. the Front- and backyard was nice.
